★ Review; Wilkinson's Fruity Range ★

So I was sent a few lovely things from the Wilkinson's Fruits Range recently and I've been so eager to write a review. I love Wilkinson's  you can find so many nice things there at really low prices but they still good quality. The cards they sell are lovely and I am a big fan of their stationary so when I was contacted by Nikki on behalf of Wilkinson's PR I did not hesitate to say no to her sending me over a few things. I was not sent everything featured in this post as I went out and bought some extra things so I could do a full range review for you. I'll mark the ones that were sent to be with an asterix for convenience but as always this will be a completely honest review.

"Sit back and relax in a warm tub with these bottles of fantastic smelling foam bubble baths. The scents of spices and natural fruit extracts will help soothe the whole family after a busy day. Available in black-currant  berry and vanilla & honey."
This is one of my favorite things from the range. The smell is oh so very delicious and the scent really helps to relax me whilst in the bath. I urge you to have a sniff of this next time you're near a Wilkinson's. The product itself  lathers up really well and actually adds a little silkiness to the bath which is what I look for in bubble-bath products. I was so surprised to see this huge bottle was only a £1! Yes you heard my correctly just £1 which makes my bank account very happy indeed. I will definitely be repurchasing along with the other scents.

"Designed to maintain your hair's radiant shine. Available in tropical, berry and citrus"
So I am a little bit in the middle with this product. It has a lovely tropical, water melon scent which smells really fresh and clean in my hair and really revives it on in-between washing kind-of days but I'm a little worried about using it as it contains alcohol which I believe can dry your hair out. It's great for freshening up and I will definitely contain to use it but I'm not 100% sure I would repurchase it yet.

"Fabulously fruity and tantalising, these shower creams gently cleanse and moisturise the skin while the delicious fragrance is truly refreshing. Available in citrus, lemon, minty and tropical."
This was probably the disappointing product for me. It's not bad, it's just a bit average. I don't really find it moisturising and I don't like the other scents. The coconut one smells exactly like the body shop coconut range so if you're looking for something like that on a budget then this is perfect. I prefer more fresh/fruity scents in the shower/bath though. Although it is only a pound and I still think it is great value for the price I don't think I would repurchase.

Wilko Fruity Hand Sanitiser in Berry 50ml ~ 50p each
"These instant hand sanitisers are a convenient, effective and hygienic alternative to washing hands when soap and water is not available  Killing up to 99.9% of bacteria and drying instantly, they are ideal for on the go. Available in berry and citrus."
I love this product so much. I don't think I'll ever buy another sanitiser to put in my bag. It's a small, 50ml tube which is great as it fits right into any of my bags and it smells amazing. Every time I get this out someone always says how lovely it smells. It's also a really nice sanitiser as it is one of the only ones I've used where it doesn't dry out my hands, which is a must at this time of year. Chapped hands are not sexy. I have repurchased and will continue too!

Wilko Fruity Shower Smoothie in Berry* 200ml ~ £1 each or two for £1.50
"Skin will be in for a real treat with these smoothing body scrubs. Each contains tiny grains of walnut shell, which gently polish skin, leaving it feeling silky smooth. Available in blackcurrant, vanilla & honey and berry."
Another product that I really enjoyed using. It has a lovely fresh berry scent and lathers up extremely well. The grains of walnut shell really do polish my skin without being too abrasive and it feels a lot smoother and softer after use. My skin feels especially nice when I use this whilst having the foam bath in the bath too. This has become my second favorite shower wash (just after soap and glory's clean on me) and it's on £1 which makes my bank account scream yay. I will definitely repurchase.

Wilko fruity hand-wash in Sweet Vanilla & Honey 50ml ~ £1 each or two for £1.50
"Keep hands cleansed, moisturised and smelling super fruity with these cute bottles of hand wash. Available in blackcurrant, vanilla & honey and berry."
Another lovely product. I haven't tried too many hand washes but this is my favorite. It has that lovely vanilla & honey scent like the foam bath and is actually the only hand wash I've tried which doesn't make my hands feel dry and tight after use. The bottle looks nice on my sink too. It's a pleasure to use and I will be repurchasing.

Overall I love this range. You can actually get everything I bought here for just £4.50 which is amazing value for money. I highly recommend you have a look at this range next time you're near a Wilkinson's. They also do little gift sets in this range which include hand cream, bath salts, bath bombs etc.which are great little presents for Christmas, especially if you're on a budget.

I hope you've enjoyed this post. I'm thinking about doing a range review on soap and glory soon too if you would like to see that?

Have you tried anything from this range?

❀ July Favies ❀

Hello everyone. I didn't have too many favorites this month but I wanted to do a favorites post anyway because I didn't do one last month and I love sharing products I'm really enjoying with you all.  If you would like any individual reviews on any products mentioned please let me know in the comments. Enjoy!

Garnier Summer Body Moisturising Lotion in Light Sun Kissed
I love this because it's such a natural and fool-proof tan. Fake tanning can go very very wrong on a pale skinned gal like me but I find this so easy to apply, just like a body moisturiser. It doesn't give me a dramatic tan but it does give me a more "sun-kissed" look. It's very moisturising, smells pleasant and is enjoyable to use. Also it's cheap! Yipee.

Maybelline Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream
I tried the free samples on this (here) and fell in love. I bought it immediately because I was so impressed with the quality and how the colour matched me well even though I have a pale complexion and it looks a little orange in the tube. I'm not going to bang on about this one too much as I have a full review coming very soon!

Simple Kind to Skin Eye Make-Up Remover
I love this because it is oil-free but still removes my eye make-up very very well. So easy to use and makes taking my eye make-up off at night a much easier task from when I used make-up wipes. Although, I do find that it is running out quickly!

Benefit Hervana Boxed Powder
I've been wearing this non-stop since the sun came out because it's such an uplifting shade. A mix of purple, peach and pink tones really make my face look fresher and the subtle shimmer helps give me a glow. Perfect for spring/summer. It's also a very light shade so works well with pale skin, but I find it isn't very pigmented and has to be built up. (that's a plus for me as I hate too much blush!)

Nivea Milk and Honey Lip Balm
This is the closest thing I've found to the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream Lip Protectant which I love but it's so expensive for a lip balm. This one is much cheaper and almost as good. It also tastes as yummy as it sounds.

Urban Decay Naked Palette
Ok so your all probably so bored of this palette by now but I have rekindled my love for it this month. I used it last night and created a lovely bronzey eye to go out for dinner for my Mum's 40th birthday and I was very pleased with it. The quality of the shadows are really great and the selection of colours are perfect. I'd recommend this to a starter as it comes with a primer, a brush and 12 versatile colours.

Benefit Hoola Boxed Powder
So this is only a small sample I had in the "Tan about Town" set but I love it. Such an amazing colour for a pale gal like me (all I seem to be saying in this post is how pale I am haha) and applies beautifully. The texture is really nice which makes the product a dream to blend. I'd definitely pay the full £23.50 for the full size but it'll be a sad day when I have to!

MUA Eye-Shadow in Shade 12 - Pearl
I love the MUA eye shadows but this one of my favorites. I find the texture very comparable to the shimmery ones from the Urban Decay Naked Palette which is very impressive for £1. The matte shadows aren't as good as the pearl shadows as they are a little chalky but I love them all the same. Apparently this is a dupe for MAC's Club eye shadow which is why I bought it to try the colour as it is beautiful and very unique, but I was worried I'd pay a lot in MAC and it wouldn't suit me. I'm so happy with this MUA shadow that I don't think I will be purchasing the MAC one. Hooray for dupes!

Maybelline 24hr Colour Tattoo in On-and-On Bronze
I love using this all over the lid or as a subtle liner. The colour is beautiful and the texture works great as a base or alone with minimal creasing. The pigmentation is great and the product blends easily and well. I think these are really good for the price and I really didn't want to follow the hype but I can't wait to purchase some more.

I also forgot to photograph the Maybelline Lumi-Touch Concealer which I've loved too, silly Carys, but a full review should be up soon :)

I hope you enjoyed this post. If you have a done a video/post on your July Favorites then please leave the link below, I'd love to hear.

Would you guys be interested in a Graze Box review? Not sure whether to do one or not just in case no-ones particularly interested.

♢ April Favorites ♢

Hello guys. A kind-of late April favorites, but I've been doing a lot of revising and I don't have too much time on my hands at the moment :( Thought I'd do an April favorites anyway because they're my favorite type of post to write and I love reading other people's. (If you've done one this month, leave it below!)

Hope you enjoy and I'll be back to more regular posting after the 1st of June :)

Make-up Favorites

Urban Decay Naked Palette - Recently started using this again after neglecting it last month. You can literally do any look with this palette and the lighter shades are soo pretty!
Benefit BADgal Lash - Had this sample with a little set called 'Tan About Tan' by benefit. I wasn't too sure of the big, chunky brush to begin with but now this is the only mascara I always use. I already have long eye-lashes so I like mascara that add volume but don't tangle, or clump my lashes together and this one is perfect for it!
Rimmel 1000 Kisses Lip Tint in Nothing But Nude - I've been wearing this everyday for school since I got it a few weeks back. It's a more intense version of my natural lip colour and stays on for a very long time , I have found though that the product is beginning to dry out :(
Topshop Kohl in Saddle - I love this! It's a slightly coppery brown colour and is so soft and creamy to apply. I apply a thin line on my top lash line and then blend it out for a angled brush. It's very subtle but still defines the lash line well. And it's only £4? Bargain.
Natural Collection Lip Gloss in Fondant - This is one of the only lip gloss' I get a lot of wear out of. I use it over Mac's Rebel Lipstick and it makes the colour a touch lighter so I can get the wear out of it for spring/summer. It also tastes/smells lovely and applies really smoothly.
MAC Satin Lipstick in Rebel - I've been wearing this lipstick every time I've gone out anywhere nice or when I've had the chance to wear a more brighter lip. It's a really pretty deep fuchsia purple colour and I've had loads of compliments when I've worn it. It also stays on for forever!
MAC Eye shadow in Rice-Paper - I love this eye-shadow swept all over the lid as it's a gorgeous shimmering muted gold colour. It looks perfect with the Topshop kohl along the lash line.
Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation in Shade 51 - I love this foundation! It is a million times better than the original as it blends so much nicer and gives a far more natural finish. I've worn this everyday since I got it and it feels extremely light on my skin :)
Elf Mineral Eye Shadow Primer - I've been trying to use this up recently and it's actually pretty good. It's basically like the Urban Decay Primer Potion but it doesn't make the colours of the eye-shadows appear as bright. But it has the same staying power in my opinion so if you're looking for a very very cheap alternative that just keeps your eye-shadow from creasing then this could be the one.
Sleek Make-Up Blush in Pixie Pink - I adore the colour of this blush, a very pretty cool toned pink that looks amazing when used with a light hand. I also love sleek blushes, they have great pigmentation, then blend lovely and they are only £4.49! I can't wait for summer so I can wear this blush more :)

Brush Favorites

Crown 1B108 Oval Shadow Brush - This brush was only a few pounds from love-makeup.com and I love it. It's super soft and the dense large brush is awesome to quickly sweep a light colour over my lid. It also does not shed at all in my experience and the quality is definitely similar to that of a more expensive brush! Definitely want more Crown brushes!
Sigma Precision Angled P84 Brush - I love this for applying concealer especially around my nose. It's super soft and blends anything flawlessly. I love the angled, dense brush!
No7 Eye-Shadow Blend & Contour Brush - I love using this to sweep a light dusting of MAC's rice paper over my eyes. Very versatile brush and only a few pounds with the No7 £5 vouchers! It does shed a lot though.
Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman Buffing Brush - Everyone is raving about these brushes and with good reason! I love this brush for my foundation, it makes it look perfect.

Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman Contour Brush - I love love love this brush. I use it to apply my highlight, contour/bronzer and cream blush. It blends each perfectly and I don't know where I'd be without it!

I hope you enjoyed and I'd love to see your favorites so link them below if you've done one,
